Mark will share his expertise in cookery with you and teach you the art of pasta making.  Learn to make, plate and create fresh pasta and pasta sauces in a 3 hour workshop.  Learn to make Tortellini, Ravioli, Agnolotti, fettuccine, linguini, Pappardelle along with delicious pasta sauces and take away the recipes with you. CAROLINES GARDENS

The gardens are open all year, but best time to come is between September to April. There is a charge of $5/person for week day and group visits. The gardens are free to walk around for shop customers during opening hours.
